In a close quadrangular soccer tournament, organized by the Federal Representative, Bennelly Hernández Ruedas, the young women from the El Baluarte team were crowned champions against Altamira in the penalty shootout.
This is the second home run promoted by the Zacatecan legislator, in which the communities of Altamira, El Baluarte, Río Florido and Río de Medina participated, with their respective women’s soccer teams.
After meeting the champions, Hernández Ruedas, presented the trophies to first and second place; in addition to providing new uniforms for the four participating teams.
«Convinced that sport is an engine that drives young people, in addition to being a way to prevent crime, I will continue to fully support sport,» she said.
In addition, Representative Bennelly Hernández expressed her congratulations and excitement at seeing dozens of families gathered for these sporting events; The inhabitants of Altamira, the host town, thanked her for responding to the requests and for being a legislator who complies and is close to her people.
